I am a immigrant from China and I almost have been The United States for three years. I have been learning the major of Fine Arts. I remembered I ever got several first prizes for the creation of arts in junior middle school. I am very enthusiastic for the creation of art since I was a child. I have a dream that I hope I can be a good and successful designer. I think I love the design because of affection from the traditional education of China, which the way of life is "husbands responsible for outward while wives in charge of household chores". A home is important for woman, who need to work at home and take good care of her family. However, having a harmonious home or bringing the feeling of happiness and comfortable for husband that woman need to take good care of home until her husband come back home. As a good woman, my mother often teach me how to take good care of home and how to be a good wife. Therefore, I often think how to make the home is better and train how to design the home is better from childhood. A designer can makes people loving their home than staying outside.

Also, I think it is a amazing thing as a Graphic designer. Graphic designer can utilize even a small budget to design it well and to maximize the use of it. It is good for poor people to save their money and have a better webpage. On the other hand, Graphic designer can help for businesses to design their outlook or flyers which attract more customers to come. However, I will proud being a Graphic designer who can help many people. At the same time, as a Graphic designer I can make money to support for myself.

Finally, I would like to be a Graphic Designer because I also affect from many America's designers. I am very admire for the designers' creation and artistic talent. For example, Victor Horta, Who designed the Hotel Tassel was very nice and beautiful. It was a nature form and spread "whiplash" style. His inspiration was from the nature. And I also like the designer - Louis Comfort Tiffany, who designed the decoration in the furniture were very amazing. Like the Water lily Table Lamp, he used different colors to make glass like a painting to create realistic idea. However, I think their artworks is amazing and I am really appreciate the designers' creation and artistic talent. I have decided to continue further study in Design major in Queens College. Though I major in the arts, I also take courses that may instill specific skills that I can learn to use for work as I continue to grow artistically.
